Hello, my name is Sam, and I am the owner of Building Blocks Childcare LLC. My fiancé (Mr. Tracy) and two sons have been so supportive in making this dream come true. My Dreams began at a young age, while growing up in childcare. My first job, at the age of 18, was working in a group center. This is where I fell in love with taking care of children. My dream did not become a reality until a good friend went to pick up a set of daycare tables and chairs, making this the first step towards my dream.

Starting from ground zero, I took over an abandoned building in Oxford of August 2020. This is where I began the process of relicensing the building. Taking one step at a time, I was slowing reaching my dreams of becoming a licensed center. In February 2021, we became a licensed center officially named Building Blocks Childcare LLC. We continued to work and grow allowing us to reach our max capacity of children.

In March 2023 I purchased the Main Oxford Building, and in May 2023 purchased the 2nd building across the street. Achieving these goals has allowed Marquette County, to have a much-needed service, in a safe and nurturing environment.

 As a mother of two sons, I am extremely confident your child will be in good hands. My life-long goal is to serve both communities with a welcoming, professional and educational facility that will provide excellent care and mold the children for success for the years to come.
